As HR Coordinator you will provide Director of Employee Relations & HR Services with a full range of administrative support for Paint Stores Group. Key responsibilities for this role include providing reports on a timely basis for Part-Time Hours, Safety Metrics, Payroll and Vacation Reports and assisting with Store Audits and quarterly special projects.
Respond timely to field requests including store signage and assist with field communications for Paint Stores Group Divisions. Demonstrate the ability to display a high degree of professionalism when communicating with internal customers and HR Team. General administrative support including expense reports, calendar management, job postings, invoicing and working with vendors. Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments. File preparation for employee relations/safety involving confidential matters.
As HR Coordinator you work independently and must be organized and be able to work well within a team environment. Support development and preparation of presentation material/content for Employee Relations and Safety. Key success factors for this position include the ability to plan, organize and follow-through as well as being flexible with changing priorities. Part-Time position and flexibility with scheduled work hours.
•Five to Seven years of administrative experience providing administrative support to Directors.
•Experience in HR supporting a Group or Business unit is preferred.
•Ability to multi-task in changing business environment and be proactive with prioritizing work assignments.
•High degree of computer proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Oracle software including Discoverer Reporting and Concur Expense Reporting.
•Associate Degree required.
