Business Process Manager
Schaumburg, Illinois

As Business Process Manager, you will lead a team of process-management consultants, and champion innovative ideas for continuous improvement and execution of process-management deliverables. This entails identifying opportunities for improvement, developing solutions, managing associated initiatives, and building and maintaining strong relationships. To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 7 or more years of project-management, leadership and/or operations experience within a managerial role. Your background should include applications related to both new and existing business process-management methodologies and tools such as LEAN/Six Sigma. Hands-on knowledge of the insurance industry with expertise in at least one insurance function—underwriting, claims, risk, engineering, procurement, purchasing, etc.—is highly preferred.
