Job Description
Responsibilities: * Responsible for preparing Department budget, reconciling monthly Accounts Payable/Accounting reports, investigating/resolving discrepancies. Prepare updates to budget forecasting as needed during the Fiscal Year. * Schedules resources such as people, meetings, appointments, rooms, catering and equipment. * Attention to detail and accuracy of work product is essential. * Support effective phone response approach including answering calls, taking messages, responding to questions from internal/external contacts and direct callers to appropriate parties as necessary. * Organize and maintain files; oversee travel arrangements and prepare subsequent travel expense reports. * Prepare and edit complex memos, documents, presentations, and other correspondence. * Consistent regular scheduled attendance is considered an essential function of this job. * Perform other duties as assigned. Position Requirements: * Requires 2-4 years experience in an administration or equivalent role in a highly dynamic business environment. * Must handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality. * Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. * Basic financial/accounting aptitude; experience with preparartion & oversight of budgetary expenses is desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Basic project management skills. * Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively. * Maintain a professional decorum at all times, due to the close working association between our department and executive leadership.
