Hertz Equipment Rental Corporation (HERC) seeks experienced individuals for a Branch Administrator position available at the Kansas City, Missouri branch. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated self-starters who want to enhance their skill set with a company whose reputation speaks for itself.

As a Branch Administrator, you will manage the branch's daily general accounting functions such as accounts payables, vehicle registrations, petty cash, billing research, payroll, employee files, benefit enrollments, new hire paperwork, data entry and including additional administrative and clerical duties.
Mandatory Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience
Solid understanding and knowledge of MS Office, including MS Excel and MS Word
Prior utilization of Lotus Notes preferred
Background in basic accounting required
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Strong interpersonal
3 to 5 years experience in related field focused on AP/Invoice processing
Valid drivers license including good driving record
