Your Tasks and Responsibilities
Position: Major Tasks
• Contributes as a representative of the Quality Leadership team to provide capacity planning, goals, KPI, strategic planning, project management and strategic vision.
• Contributes as a Quality unit Leadership team member to create metrics, scorecard, identify opportunities to implement streamlined workflows and create, execute and implement process improvements in line with Operational Excellence functionality and align with Business Process Management best practices.
• Formulates the strategy, priorities, plans, recommends and deploys Quality Unit projects across the supply center. Provides QU input to site-wide programs and projects
• Enusres appropriate techinical and subject matter expertise is provided for strategic projects overnance and contiusous improvement of business processes.
• Subject matter expert, providing standarization of PM process for quality team. Will lead 4+ project managers functionally.
• Drives business wide QU strategic initiates linked to delivery of safe and efficacious products and services with a focus on compliance and continuous verification processes.
• Manages new product launches and assay transfer activities for intra and interdepartmental projects for the Quality Unit
• Manages and is accountable for program management of assigned projects including prioritization, resourcing and initiation to include coordination of support activities including stakeholder interests.
• Manages technical expertise contracted to outside third party vendor services by the Quality Unit.

Who You Are
BS in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or related field 8-10 years of Pharmaceutical and/or Biotechnology experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• In depth knowledge of Quality including compliance and lifecycle management. Experience with FDA, EMA, ICH in cGMP environment.
• Analytical Chemistry assay transfer strategic planning
• Strong business acumen-uses financial analysis to make important business decisions and understands key metrics. Can articulate strategy to provide concrete project deliverables to team.
• Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities effectively
• Must be a strategic thinker and demonstrated track record to complete projects on time and in budget
• Change agent with energy, passion and enthusiasm with strong interpersonal skills; demonstrates teamwork, networking skills, collaboration, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Ideally has experience in a global environment
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Skilled in achieving results and managing others to achieve corporate, site, and departmental objectives.
• Excellent communication skills, presentation and influencing skills-
• Ability to interact and gain the support of senior management
• Ability to effectively manage multiple, complex priorities
• Ability to work cooperatively in teams and peer relationships
• Strong project management experience with ability to deliver on schedule.
