Assistant, Operations Support
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the daily administrative functions required to support the Senior Director’s of Regional Repair, Vice Presidents of Regional Operations, and District Managers. This position handles the coordination and planning of all Field Repair jeweler training schools. In addition, this position is responsible for administrating the repair vendor process and updating the proper departments involved with new repair vendors. Maintaining vendor changes, and updates. Maintenance of highly confidential payroll, personal, financial and statistical information. Overall responsibilities include but are not limited to: Contacts or responds to contacts from executives, management, other staff and external sources that may involve unique situations and each contact must be handled differently, using judgment and discretion., distribution of reports, mail, travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and employee recognition. Process and maintain confidential information including but not limited to; employee wages, performance reviews, employee counseling’s, and Corporate sales figures. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Interested candidates should possess the following qualifications:
· Ability to demonstrate a strong skill set in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
· Ability to multi-task
· Strong communication & organizational skills
· Previous administrative or related work experience preferred
