General Responsibilities:
The primary purpose of the Rent2Buy Retail Processor is to support the processing and associated with the retail Car Sales locations.

Key Result Areas:
Oversee the processing of incoming deals from field locations for R2B and retail Car Sales to ensure compliance.
Ensure that all stages of document processing for retail deals are logging in Advent for reporting to Senior management.
Support the processing of all Trade in vehicles – logging, updating Carrent, fleet accounting, and payoff
Ensures funds are completed for each deal
Email locations daily regarding missing documents
Ensure R2B work processed timely to ensure proper workflow for entire team
Ensure all files are complete prior to going to T&R team
Close out rentals in ASAP on retail R2B sales
Responsible for tracking incoming and outgoing packages
Must be able to stay organized and work with large volumes of customer files.
Make sure all deals get scanned and updated into FileNet and Advent
Must be detail oriented.
Must be able to work in web based work environment
Must be able to work independently and as a team member
Must be able to work with confidential PID information (Security background check required)
Other duties assigned by the supervisors or manager
Mandatory Requirements:
Educational Background: High School diploma - Some college preferred
Professional Experience:
Document Processing and or reconciliation experience preferred
Committed to providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers
Knowledge:
Knowledge of the rental car business
ASAP experience
Carrent experience
Automotive knowledge including warranty coverages and extended warranty plans-preferred
Computer skills – MS Office
Knowledge of Rent2Buy & Advent systems - preferred
Typing 25 wpm (mandatory)

Skills:
Well developed organization skills
Detail oriented
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Well developed verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to work shift hours (potential to have to work some Saturdays and occasional holidays)
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager
